Week 1 results
And the results are in, the first week weigh in and I am down 3 lbs from where I started. I had to digest this information f0r a while. I was happy I had lost some weight but somehow I thought I would have lost more. I learned alot this week and have a new strategy at this program and will keep it going. I thought even if I only lost 3 lbs per week it is still alot healthier than the path I was on. The new plans for the week include increasing my activity and eating more protein.
